We specialize in beds, mattresses, and related furnishings. Our products include:

• Factory-direct and own-label items
   
• Brand-name clearance stock
   
• Custom furniture options (subject to specific terms)
   

Note: All product descriptions and prices are subject to change without notice. We aim to ensure accuracy, but errors may occur.

• All prices are in GBP and include VAT unless otherwise stated.
   
• Orders are confirmed once payment is received in full or a deposit is made (as applicable).
   
• We accept major payment methods: debit/credit cards, PayPal, finance agreements, and bank transfers.
   
• Finance options are subject to approval by our third-party finance provider and may include credit checks. Terms and conditions from the finance provider apply.
   
• Custom or made-to-order items require a non-refundable deposit.
   

• Delivery is available within a specified local radius; fees apply based on distance and product size.
   
• Customers must ensure access is clear and safe for delivery.
   
• Delivery dates are estimates and may be subject to delays beyond our control (e.g., supplier issues, traffic).
   
• You may collect items directly from our warehouse/showroom during business hours.
   

• Stock Items: You may return unused stock items within 14 days for a refund, excluding delivery charges.
   
• Custom Orders: Non-refundable and non-returnable unless faulty.
   
• Faulty Goods: Must be reported within 7 days of delivery or collection. We will arrange repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with consumer law and the terms of our product guarantee.
   

• All products come with a minimum 12-month guarantee unless otherwise stated.
   
• This guarantee covers manufacturing defects only.
   
• It does not cover general wear and tear, accidental damage, improper use, or damage caused during self-assembly or relocation.
   

              For business customers (e.g., landlords, property developers):

• Different return and guarantee terms may apply.
   
• Quotes and terms will be agreed upon in writing before order confirmation.
